Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas (corn)
    1 bunch green onions
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    enchilada sauce or tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground turkey
    oregano, chili powder and salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix sauce with chili powder, oregano and salt; set aside. Soften tortillas in oil.
    Line pan with softened tortillas.
    Let tortillas lap over edge of pan.
    Pour layer of cooked meat on top of tortillas.
    Put in a layer of green onions and cheese.
    Fold sides of tortillas and put more tortillas on top.
    Cover with more green onions and cheese.
    Pour sauce in.
    Leave enough to pour on very top.
    Put layer of tortillas on top.
    Cover with cheese.
    Pour on sauce.
    Put in oven until cheese melts.
