Garlic Potatoes(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; place in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
