Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. red or green cabbage, chopped
    1 scant c. sugar
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
    Keeps in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, if covered.
