Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. sirloin steak or rump roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 carrots
3 celery sticks
1 onion
1 bell pepper
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
4 large potatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Cut meat into cubes.
Remove all fat.
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
Peel and cut celery, carrots, onions, bell pepper and mushrooms into bite size pieces.
Place meat and vegetables in a large roasting pan.
Fold in all soups, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and butter.
Do not add water.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered.
Cover pot and bake 1 more hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
