Erma'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken wings (about 8), wing tips removed
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/3 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Using kitchen shears, cut each wing into 2 pieces. In a large deep skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat.
    Fry the wings for about 5 minutes or until done.
    Transfer to paper towels.
