Fried Frog Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frog legs
    flour
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    oil
    vinegar
Preparation
    Remove skin; wash and cut off fat.
    Soak an hour in salt and vinegar water (about 2 tablespoons of vinegar).
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Salt and pepper legs.
    Dip in flour, then in eggs.
    Dip again in flour.
    Fry in deep oil until done on medium-high heat. Turn down and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
