Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. corn
1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Beat the eggs with milk; add 1 tablespoon melted Crisco and corn.
Combine the 2 mixtures lightly.
Drop from a teaspoon into deep fat, heated to 365\u00b0.
Fry until brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.
