Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and mash squash.
    Add butter, salt, pepper, eggs (beaten), sugar, milk and crumbs.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
