Crispy Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour tortillas
margarine
grated Cheddar cheese
grated Monterey Jack cheese
sliced jalapeno peppers
Preparation

For each quesadilla, lightly spread a tortilla with margarine. Sprinkle with the Cheddar and Jack cheeses and top with peppers (use as many as desired).
Fold tortilla in half and spread lightly with margarine.
Cook in frying pan until crispy on both sides.
