Microwave Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen sliced unsweetened peaches
    1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ascorbic acid
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mash peaches; combine with all ingredients in deep 2 quart casserole.
    Cover; microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Stir and cover; microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until boils for 1 minute.
    Remove. Stir 2 minutes.
    Pour into freezer container.
    Cover and freeze. Thaw to serve.
    Store in freezer up to 1 year; in refrigerator 1 month.
