Ingredients

1 c. pitted black olives, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1 c. drained, sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions (green if you want)
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and oregano.
Spread on sliced open French rolls, or French bread sliced lengthwise. Sprinkle cheese and oregano on top.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with jello salad.
