Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 or 5 c. bread crumbs
    4 to 5 eggs
    5 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Crumble bread; put in a pan or mixing bowl.
    Melt margarine; pour over crumbs.
    Beat eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 cup sugar and vanilla; pour over bread crumbs.
    Heat remaining milk and sugar to scalding point; pour over bread mixture.
    Mix in the cinnamon. Mix together good with spoon or with hands real good.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until it sets.
    When done, take out and let set until cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Yields 10 servings.
