Low Calorie Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) sugar-free jello (any flavor)
1 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
12 oz. container \"lite\" Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring to a boil the crushed pineapple (with its juice). Dissolve jello in this.
Cool.
Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip and mix with electric mixer.
Chill.
