Mozzarella Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella
    3 small tomatoes
    3/4 lb. zucchini
    1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut Mozzarella into thin strips.
    Slice tomatoes into thin wedges.
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices and drop in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain and cool under running water.
    Combine all ingredients and toss.
    Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
