Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and chunked
    1 small onion, peeled and diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced, fried crisp and drained
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    After preparing potatoes, onion and celery, completely cover with warm water and add salt.
    Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer.
    Add prepared bacon.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Turn stove off.
    Add black pepper and evaporated milk.
    May need to add 1 cup of regular milk.
