Mixed Green Salad With Walnut Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. minced shallots
1 Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar
4 tsp. walnut oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 to 6 c. mixed salad greens, washed and dried
1/2 c. toasted coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a small jar combine shallots, vinegar, walnut oil, salt and pepper.
Shake well and set aside.
Do not refrigerate.
Place greens in a salad bowl.
Toss with vinaigrette to taste and sprinkle each serving with walnuts.
