Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

6 oz. tuna
small onion, chopped
1/2 c. flour
water
Preparation

Mix tuna, onions and flour.
Add water until mixture is consistency for bread.
Spray skillet with Pam and brown tuna patties on both sides.
Serves 2. Has 60 calories, 0 fat; food exchanges equal 3 protein, 1 bread.
