Crock-Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sirloin tip or rump beef roast
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add
    enough
    water
    to\tcover bottom of crock-pot.
    Add sliced onion.
    Salt and pepper roast and place on onion.\tAdd mushrooms and
    pour on the soups.
    Do not stir.
    Cook all day on low heat or 4 to 5 hours on high.
    Serve on rice or creamed potatoes.
