Pumpkin Pie With Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. each: ginger and nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Add one egg; mix well and spread on bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Combine pumpkin, 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Mix well.
    Blend in 2 slightly beaten eggs and evaporated milk. Carefully pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes until done.
