Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    cherries or filling
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and add eggs, one at a time, then 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes until top cracks.
    Remove from oven and let top fall (about 5 minutes).
    Mix 1 cup sugar and sour cream.
    Using this, fill center of tart and put back into oven for 5 minutes, then refrigerate.
    Decorate top with cherries or filling.
