Easy Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Cook over low heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking and stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool. Add confectioners sugar, about 2 cups, gradually until of right consistency to spread. Good on Happy Day Yellow Cake.
