Bagel Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bagels
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    salt
Preparation
    Using a sharp serrated knife, halve bagels to make 2 semicircles.
    Slice horizontally into 1/8-inch thick slices. Place in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
    Brush both sides lightly with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for about 12 minutes, or until crisp and light golden.
