Maple Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7/8 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1 c. maple syrup
    2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Put sugar, syrup and cream in saucepan.
    Boil to soft-ball stage (234\u00b0).
    Let stand until cool.
    Add pecans.
    Beat with wooden spoon.
    Drop onto buttered pan or waxed paper from spoon.
