Orange Glazed Carrots(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut in 1/2-inch rounds
    1 tsp. arrowroot
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Steam carrots 15 to 20 minutes, leaving them slightly crunchy. Set aside.
