Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. white sugar (not powdered)
    4 eggs
    5 slices bread (white, whole wheat or a combination of both), cubed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar until creamy and well blended. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple and bread cubes. Gently blend all together. Bake, uncovered, in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serve hot.
