Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Makes a medium stiff dough.
    Break off enough to make a 3-inch ball.
    Roll out into round shape, 1/8-inch thick.
    Cook on dry grill or in iron skillet until browned on both sides.
    Serve hot.
