Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. processed Swiss or American cheese
2 c. water
1 c. Chablis wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. Accent
dash of white pepper
dash of nutmeg
1/2 loaf rye bread
1/2 loaf French bread
Preparation

Grate cheese.
Bring water, wine, margarine and seasonings to boil.
Add cheese and set in double boiler (use stainless steel or ceramic pot).
Stir thoroughly with wooden spoon until cheese melts into heavy sauce.
Add more wine if too thick.
Add more cheese if too thin.
Dice bread in 2-inch squares and toast lightly in oven.
