Haywood Alaskan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 qt. large diced potatoes
    8 carrots, sliced
    garlic salt
    celery seed
    2 small diced onions
    1 qt. tomatoes or juice
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter and shortening.
    Season with garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, salt and pepper.
    Mix potatoes, carrots, tomato juice and meat.
    Cook until carrots are tender.
