Penne Al Formaggio Pecorino Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    4 c. steamed broccoli, coarsely chopped
    1 c. chicken stock
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    3/4 c. shaved or grated Pecorino Romano cheese
    1 lb. penne pasta
Preparation
    In a saute pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
    Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
    Add the broccoli and saute for 1 minute.
    Add the stock.
    Raise the heat to high and cook until the liquid is almost evaporated, stirring occasionally.
