Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    1 bunch scallions
    1 bunch parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 medium tomatoes
    4 lemons, juiced (about 8 Tbsp. juice)
    tamari sauce to taste
Preparation
    Soak bulgur
    in
    water\tfor
    a few minutes. Squeeze dry between palms
    of
    hand.
    Chop scallions, parsley and tomatoes fine.
    Add\tbulgur,
    lemon\tjuice, olive oil and tamari sauce. Serve on pita bread.
