Crock-Pot Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pot roast (frozen or thawed)
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 pkg. gravy mix (mushroom)
    2 c. water
    6 chopped up carrots
Preparation
    Fold aluminum foil to form a ring in the bottom of the crock-pot.
    Place roast meat side down.
    Chop onion and carrots. Place on top of roast.
    Mix gravy with water.
    Pour over roast and veggies.
    If frozen place on high for 1 1/2 hours, then low for 6 hours.
    If thawed, cook 8 to 10 hours.
    Goes good with homemade noodles.
