Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    2 tsp. flour
    chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 c. milk
    potatoes
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice.
    Boil potato slices until done and drain.
    Melt butter.
    Chop up a little onion and put with butter. Add 2 teaspoons flour to mixture and mix well and bring to a good warm.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add about 1 cup of milk and bring slowly to a boil.
    When mixture begins to thicken, pour over potatoes in Pyrex dish.
    Top with grated cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
