Chicken Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    7 oz. pkg. cheese tortellini
    6 c. water
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    grated cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    In large pot, combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken, onion, carrots, vermouth, garlic, basil and oregano.
    Bring to a boil and add tortellini.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Add broccoli and simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
    Serve with cheese.
    Serves 10.
