Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. unpopped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. lite corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook popcorn.
    Place in large brown bag.
    Shake old maids to bottom.
    Remove popped corn.
    In saucepan mix brown sugar, melted butter, syrup and salt; stir together and bring to boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla, then add soda.
    Pour and stir together over popped corn.
    Spread popped corn over cookie sheet or bread pan. Place in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove.
