Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
23 finely ground Ritz crackers
1 c. well chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. instant cocoa
chocolate Cool Whip
chocolate shavings

Preparation

Stiffly beat egg whites.
Add sugar slowly.
Add Ritz crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix cream and cocoa.
Spread on cooled pie.
Top with chocolate Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
