Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
3 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. diced onion
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook broccoli and onion in 2 cups water.
In another kettle, add bouillon to 1 cup water.
Melt butter and stir in flour.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add milk slowly.
Whip into bouillon and stir until smooth and thick.
Add broccoli, onion and water.
Mix well and stir in cheese.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper.
