Mulligan Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liver
salt
pepper
1 large onion
4 to 6 carrots
6 to 8 potatoes
Preparation

Dip thinly sliced pieces of liver in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in hot grease.
Add onion (cut up) in liver after it browns. Then add peeled and sliced carrots and potatoes.
Cover and cook until done.
Cook down to make gravy.
