Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 lemons, grated rind and juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar gradually, continuing to beat.
    Add butter, lemon juice and rind.
    Cook in double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Cool and store in refrigerator. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
