Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. softened oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
-
Mix hash brown potatoes, oleo, salt, pepper, onion and soup; mix well.
Add cheese and sour cream.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
