Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix salt and flour; add milk gradually to form a smooth paste. Add eggs, beaten very lightly.
Cover bottom of hot pan, 11 x 13-inch, with fat.
Pour in mixture 1/2-inch thick.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cut in squares and serve with brown gravy.
