Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with dash of salt and vanilla until soft peaks.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
    Fold in coconut.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
