Glorified Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    6 or more deviled eggs
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs (Waverly)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour. Add tomatoes, onions and seasonings.
    Cook and stir until thick. Spoon a little bit of the tomato mixture in bottom of a baking dish.
    Put eggs on top of this. Cover with remaining tomato mixture.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and bake at 425\u00b0 until crumbs begin to brown.
