Fabulous Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
oil
powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add combined milk and egg, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into 1 inch of hot oil.
Form a 4-inch spiral.
Fry until golden brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
