Ever-Ready Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Make a well in the center.
    Add eggs, milk and oil.
    Mix.
    Cover and store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Bake as many as you need whenever needed in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
