Guatemala Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 c. horseradish
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can black olives, pitted
    1 can water chestnuts
    raw cauliflower
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 zucchini (raw)
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, Accent, dry mustard and salt and pour over the following and marinate overnight:
    black olives, water chestnuts, cauliflower, shrimp, zucchini and tomatoes.
    Makes a nice salad lunch.
