Make Ahead Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 105~ water
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients thoroughly and set aside to cool completely.
    Add eggs and yeast.
    Work in about 6 cups of all-purpose flour.
    Place in a large bowl with lid to contain. Refrigerate overnight.
    Make walnut size balls and place 3 to a muffin tin.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Dot with a dab of butter on top of each roll.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until well browned and done.
    Makes about 24 rolls.
