Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in large saucepan.
    Add baking mix all at once.
    Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time; continue beating until smooth.
    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Fill with vanilla pudding or sweetened whipped cream and refrigerate.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
