Crispy Yeast Rolls(Makes 24 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. water
    4 2/3 c. flour (or 5 c.)
Preparation
    Combine warm water with yeast.
    Add salt, sugar, shortening, eggs, 1 cup water and flour.
    Mix well and knead well on floured board.
    Let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
    Remove to floured board; knead well.
    Pull off chunks of dough and roll in ball.
    Place in greased muffin tins.
    Three cherry-sized balls for each roll.
    Let rise again until double in bulk.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
