Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 ripe tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. brown mustard
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 or 3 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes, slice them thinly or cut in wedges.
    Place them in bowl.
    In another bowl, mix salt, brown mustard, parsley, basil and onion.
    Add vinegar and oil.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour dressing over tomatoes at least 1 hour before serving.
