Chicken-Cheese-Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced green chilies
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium firm ripe avocado, peel, pit and chop
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Lay chicken breasts in 8 x 12-inch pan.
Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
While chicken cooks, mix cheese and chili.
Cover each breast with mixture; pat to hold in place. Sprinkle evenly with green onion and bacon.
Return to oven, uncovered.
Bake until chicken is white in center of thickest piece and cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
Scatter avocado over top.
Serve with sour cream to taste.
